Everglade Mini Quilt in Vintage Kimono Fabrics

I love needleturn applique and for a long time I have been wanting to try one of Carolyn Friedlander's projects - my only problem has been that I love them all and it's so had to choose! In the end I picked one of the mini quilts in the Everglade pattern. Of course I am using some of my favourite vintage kimono fabrics, the loose title/theme being 'winter gardens at dawn'.
